Adeni Tea Recipe is a spiced Yemeni tea made with black tea, milk, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, nutmeg, and sugar, served hot and aromatic. This Adeni Tea Recipe delivers a rich, flavorful taste that is both creamy and lightly spiced, making every sip delicious.
1cupevaporated milk240 ml or whole milk for a lighter taste
3green cardamom podslightly crushed
1small cinnamon stick
2whole cloves
1pinchground ginger or 2–3 thin slices of fresh ginger

Instructions
Infuse The Spices And Tea
Pour 2 cups of water into a small saucepan and add the crushed cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves, ginger, and black tea. Place over medium heat and bring it just to a gentle boil. Let it simmer for 2–4 minutes so the spices release their full aroma.
Add Milk And Sweetness
Turn the heat down a little and stir in evaporated milk (or whole milk) along with sugar to your liking. Sprinkle in a pinch of ground nutmeg and let it simmer for another 1–2 minutes, making sure it doesn’t boil over.
Strain And Serve
Take the pan off the heat and strain the tea into cups using a fine mesh strainer if you used loose tea or whole spices. Serve it hot and savor the warm, spiced flavours of Adeni Tea.
