Arabian Tea Recipe, often known as Karak style spiced milk tea, is loved for its bold, aromatic flavor and comforting richness. Arabian Tea Recipe main speciality lies in the harmonious blend of strong black tea, whole milk, and warming spices like cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, ginger, and sometimes saffron. Unlike plain tea, this version is simmered to deepen the flavor, creating a creamy, fragrant, and slightly sweet beverage with a smooth texture.
Pour water into a saucepan and add crushed cardamom pods, cloves, a cinnamon stick if you like, and freshly crushed ginger. Place it over medium heat and bring it to a soft boil. Lower the heat slightly and let everything simmer for about 3–4 minutes, allowing the spices to release their full fragrance and flavor.
Step 2: Brew The Tea With Milk
Add the black tea to the spiced water and let it simmer for around 2 minutes. Then pour in the milk and stir in the sugar. Keep the mixture gently simmering for another 3–4 minutes. If you’re using saffron, add it at this stage. The tea should gradually turn a deeper, richer colour as the flavours blend together.
Step 3: Strain And Enjoy
Remove the saucepan from the heat. Carefully strain the tea into cups using a fine sieve to catch the spices. Serve immediately while hot and enjoy the warm, comforting flavours.
