Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole cinnamon stick or 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon powder
  • 2 cups fresh water
  • 1 –2 teaspoons natural honey
  • ½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions
 

Step 1: Boil The Cinnamon

  • Add water to a saucepan and toss in the cinnamon (stick or powder). Bring it to a light boil, then lower the heat and let it simmer for around 8–10 minutes so the flavor really comes through.

Step 2: Strain & Serve

  • Take it off the heat and strain if needed. While it’s still warm, mix in some honey and a squeeze of lemon juice. Give it a good stir and enjoy right away.
