  • 1 cup creamy mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon ground black pepper adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 3 teaspoons water to adjust consistency
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon hot sauce for a mild kick

Instructions
 

Step 1: Mix The Base

  • Take a medium bowl and add the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice. Give it a good whisk until everything is smooth and nicely combined.

Step 2: Build The Flavor

  • Now stir in the horseradish, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and a bit of sugar if you’re using it. Add a few drops of hot sauce to taste, then mix everything together until well blended.

Step 3: Adjust And Chill

  • Slowly add a little water at a time until you get the consistency you like. Once it’s mixed well, cover and place it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes so the flavors can come together before serving.
