Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups sugar free keto friendly ketchup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar free syrup
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

Mix The Base

  • Add the ketchup, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and sugar-free syrup to a saucepan. Stir until everything turns smooth and well combined.

Add The Seasonings

  • Sprinkle in the salt, vinegar, smoked paprika, mustard powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, black pepper, horseradish, and hot sauce. Whisk it properly so the flavors spread evenly.

Simmer And Finish

  • Place the pan over low to medium heat and let it cook gently for about 8–10 minutes. Stir occasionally to keep it from sticking. Once it thickens a bit and blends nicely, remove from heat and allow it to cool before serving.
