Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 1- inch piece fresh ginger thinly sliced or grated
  • Juice of ½ fresh lemon
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric fresh grated or powdered
  • A small pinch of fennel seeds
  • 4 –5 fresh mint leaves

Instructions
 

Step 1: Boil And Steep

  • Pour water into a small pot and bring it to a boil. Add the ginger, turmeric, and fennel seeds. Lower the heat and let it gently simmer for around 8–10 minutes so the flavors blend well.

Step 2: Finish And Serve

  • Switch off the heat, then toss in the mint leaves and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Strain it into a cup, give it a light stir, and enjoy it while it’s warm.
