Ingredients
  

  • 480 ml water about 2 cups
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
  • ½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 2 –3 green cardamom pods lightly crushed

Instructions
 

Step 1: Boil The Ingredients

  • Fill a saucepan with water and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, add fennel seeds, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, grated ginger, and crushed cardamom pods. Let it simmer gently for 8–10 minutes to fully release the flavors.

Step 2: Strain And Serve

  • Remove from heat and strain the tea into cups. Serve warm, and enjoy after meals for the best digestive benefits.
